Creeds Reads Fall 2009 Click here!

 

The Creeds Elementary Library Media Center (LMC) is operated as both an open and teaching library. Primary classes visit the LMC weekly. The pleasures of reading are explored, stories are shared and library materials are checked out. Students in grades 2-5 come to the library individually, in small groups, or with their entire class to do research, read, or to relate library skills to subject matter being explored in the classroom. Accelerated Reader is still a hot program at Creeds Elementary. Students read books, take tests and in turn earn AR buttons and Pungo Pizza ice cream. With our new partners at the Public Library, taking a test after school hours and on weekends has been made possible. Call the library for hours.
